Days of Rays – Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your purchase!
If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

To start a return, you can contact us at daysofraysnoosa@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 97A Memorial Drive QLD 4562.

Change of Mind

We’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase if:

Your item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
All tags are still attached
You have your proof of purchase

Please note:
✨ Sale items, swimwear, beauty items and earrings are final sale and can’t be returned unless faulty.
✨ Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer’s expense (for online orders).

✨Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please let us know straight away.
We’ll happily repair, replace or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at daysofraysnoosa@outlook.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
