About the Print: The Guardians began as a midnight offering — created at our studio in the small hours of a sleepless night, and pieced together by hand like a little prayer made of paper wings. At the heart of our design are the enchantingly beautiful angels from artist Edward Burne-Jones’ The Days of Creation series, collaged together in to a sweeping procession, their feathered wings folded around them, and each with a world cradled in their arms. We added a velvety night sky and a crescent moon from an 1800’s celestial lithograph, and wild branches and vines taken from a 17th century Italian pastoral etching. The trim features a vintage William Morris golden floral pattern, interwoven with stars borrowed from an antique Victorian book cover. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe adjustable straps, oversized cut, and soft, flowy bamboo viscose make our Bohéme dresses a wardrobe staple for layering, running errands, dancing, lounging or napping — and they’re also a must-have for travel, wherever you roam.
